Zeta house is a sprawling villa located on 40,000 sq-ft of land on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. The plot is also located adjacent to a communal park, virtually extending the green surrounding both on and far beyond the home itself. The designers, 29 Design; were tasked on building this home for a family of four.
The home is laid out in three parts. The main residential building occupies the length of the area, while a second structure houses a secondary lounge, library, gym, and guest accommodation. These buildings surround the large pool area, where a luxurious infinity pool takes center stage. At the end of this pool, is an open-air pavilion for outdoor dining and activities.
Inside the main building, the main living areas are downstairs while the living quarters and private facilities occupy the upper floor. The main lounge is double height. This, and most other spaces, feature glass walls and windows that access the central pool-yard. The decor and palette is highly contemporary, with smooth white and glossy black surfaces contrasting some wooden accents. Stone and marble add additional style and character to the design. The staircase is of a floating design, with wooden landing and steps. The floors of the bedroom and leisure lounge are also wooden.
