Beko strengthens customer support capability in Malaysia

Beko, one of the latest home appliances brands to enter the Malaysian market kickstarted its support to Malaysian customers with their first customer care centre in Kuala Lumpur opened in the third quarter of 2016. 

The “Beko Customer Care Centre” located at Jalan Kuching’s Boulevard Business Park, is a 4-storey building that houses Beko’s customer care team, spare part warehouse, product and technical training facilities and a product showroom. Established with an initial investment of RM500 thousand, the planning of the customer care centre was to provide Beko customers and dealers with more efficient access to technical support in regards to product specifications, built-in customizations, setup, service and maintenance all conveniently housed under one roof.

 

 

The Beko Customer Care Centre has launched a toll free service and enquiry number at 1800 88 BEKO (2356) operational on weekdays from 8.30am to 5.30pm as well as a text only Whatsapp number +6018 940 4550 (general) and +018 988 4550 (air-conditioner and refrigerator products) operational daily from 7am to 7pm.

The Beko Customer Care Centre is located at Block A-G-3, Boulevard Business Park, Taman Kok Lian, Jalan Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur. There are future plans for two additional customer care centres to be located in Penang and Johor but at this point there are no confirmed dates on when these new centres will be operational.
