Condominium in Tanjung Bungah transformed with a minimalist design infused with a touch of industrial elements by Nevermore Design

Raw cement look coffee table adds a subtle contrast to the modern living area of this condominium in Tanjung Bungah, Penang.

Located at Tanjung Bungah, a prime residential area in Penang, Malaysia is the hidden & stylish The Waterfront Condominum. Here lies one of the latest projects by the team of Nevermore Design; a home redesigned with a modern minimalist interior but given a touch of a more industrial and raw design approach.

In order to create a home that exudes a young modernist feel, the interior design of this home extensively uses raw finishes to complement the white color that dominates the design of the interior and create a look of subtle classiness. With the raw elements used in almost all spaces and combined with the more subtle look of the solid timber furniture selected and modern lighting design and fixtures, the interior design of the condominium immediately takes on a more unique and desirable look.

The kitchen was also designed in a similar theme with its pure and clean white look. Kitchen cabinets finished in gloss white are contrasted with a vinyl wood grain backsplash to give the space a more unique style by bringing together contrasting elements. Two glass panels finished with stickers resembling the branches of trees separate the kitchen from the dining while still complementing its space design and adds a young modernist element to the overall interior design.

With its lovely combination of more raw elements matched with modern approaches in interior design, this condominium definitely exudes a feel of exclusivity. Combined with the finer touches and fittings, the interior design has achieved a style that really embodies an interesting approach for a young modernist look.
